1. How will you move our delicate computer equipment?
We provide a variety of specialist protection systems for your IT equipment, including computer crates, security cages and the latest LCD trolleys. Whether it�s your server equipment or the desktop workstations, we will ensure that your hardware is carefully wrapped in specifically designed anti-static bubble wrap sleeves.

2. Can we pack and unpack our own files?
Sure, your staff can handle their own file packing and unpacking. However, we�re always concerned about your downtime during a move, so we will always provide you with options to save this time draining task. Then there�s the Health & safety of your own staff, who will rarely have manual handling training to protect themselves against potential lifting risks

5. Can I use my own internal team to plan our relocation?
If your own internal team have regular knowledge of office moves, then you may consider them ideal to plan a large relocation project. There are dangers, they will no doubt have day-to-day facilities tasks that still need to be attended to, and no one can predict the vast influx of work that is needed to professional plan and execute your move. If you get half way and decide it�s all too much, it can be too late to outsource the responsibility and play catch up.

6. Can you dismantle and rebuild our modular desking system?
We have teams of trained furniture fitters to handle any modular furniture system. Our in house Fitting Manager will carry out a detailed appraisal of your site to accurately assess the timescales involved and this is integrated into your overall move plan. Our teams can provide the leveling off and desk cleaning to ensure your new environment is safe and looking just how you imagined.

7. What if we have no layout plan for our furniture?
An accurate scaled drawing is an essential tool for your business relocation. How else will you know where everything will fit, where each member of your staff will sit and what about the labeling system to ensure exact placement of every item? We can provide detailed CAD plans for your new premises to ensure that nothing is left to chance.

8. Why should I use your planning service?
Would you attempt to bake a cake for the first time without having a tried and tested recipe? Then we say don�t risk your business by tackling something as complex as a business relocation without tried and tested knowledge

9. Will our goods be insured whilst in your care?
We arrange all levels of risk cover for your goods during the move. All we will need from you is the current day value of your goods and we arrange to protective cover for the duration of the relocation.
